survey
June 2011 marks the second birthday of the NZ Business Women’s Network, and what a journey it has been so far. The ambitions of the Network are growing as fast as our membership numbers, and it’s time to take a moment to review what we do, how we do it and if our members are truly benefiting from the opportunities created.

We are busy women, and time is precious, so we have designed a survey which asks 10 questions and will take less than 5 minutes. You will be rewarded for your efforts!

By completing the survey you will help us:

• Keep events relevant and offer themes that are in demand.
• Define what makes the network unique and what it offers you that other networks don't.
• Understand who our members are

Click here to complete the survey

The survey will close on 17th April, so answer today and be in to win a divine Skincare package from Comvita, a detox foot spa from Comvita's treatment rooms and two tickets to next event Women in the Boardroom on Monday 16th May.

We are looking forward to hearing your thoughts and ideas on where we take the Network.

  2. A Free Drop in casual networking session and NZ Designer Label shopping experience with Koko from Paris.
The Masterclass Details:

Have you had the same hairstyle for years, wear it the same day and night, struggle with straighteners , styling tongs and blow-drying, and don’t know which products you should use? Do you leave the salon after a hair appointment looking fab, only to never achieve the same look yourself?

Does your make up need updating, do you want to know how to change your look from day to night, natural to glam, and do you use just one make up brush for everything as you don’t know what they are all for? Then this Masterclass is just what you need.

Christa LoiselYou are invited to spend the day at Ena Salon in Covent Garden, learning from professional New Zealand hairstylist Christa Loisel, and make up artist Louisa Inchenko.

The day will begin at 11am with a welcome coffee and muffin before we split into 2 groups of 6, for a 2 ½ hour session on either hair or make up and change after lunch.

The Hair session with Christa will cover things such as:

-          How to style your hair for day, evening and beyond

-          Products and equipment and how to use them properly

-          Cut, colour and style consultations

-          Drawings and written briefs of what works for YOU

The Make Up session with Louisa will cover:

-          Day and night make up demonstration

-          Skin prep

-          Brushes – what they are for and how to use them

-          Which colours work for you

-          Head sheets to take home so you don’t forget what you’ve learnt

Sessions will include both individual and group teaching time. You will need to being some things from home, which we will advise you about closer to the time.

We will then break for lunch and a glass of wine, which will be catered by Angels in My Kitchen. The two groups will then switch over in the afternoon.
