The thought of speaking in public inspires fear in almost everyone. But one New Zealand woman has made it her mission to transform people’s lives as relates to getting up and speaking in front of an audience. On Monday 12^th September, Maggie Eyre returned to London for the launch of the third edition of her book ‘Speak Easy, The Essential Guide to Speaking in Public’. Over 100 NZBWN members and friends attended the Hospital Club for the opportunity to hear Maggie speak and to have her sign a copy of her book. 

Here at the NZBWN, we have been busy talking the steps towards formalising the structure of the network and evolving our Brand. In doing so we are discovering our unique DNA...

1. Taking a Journey with Anna 

One of our network members Anna Cowie of The Pixel Pusher Ltd, established her Brand DNA system to help companies create and evolve their brands.

Over two days in late September and early October the New Zealand Business Women's Network is holding a couple of coffee and cake appreciation events.

On September 29th 'Ginger and White' (Belsize Park) will serve us coffees, teas, and delicious cake along with a short talk from Emma, one of the owners, about her business and setting up Ginger & White. Ticket includes 2 hot drinks (tea/coffee) and a piece of cake for £10.

On the 5th October we will converge on Caravan at Kings Cross for an Intro to their coffee school, a brief intro to roasting/making and appreciating coffee. Plus you get 2 coffees and a pastry included for £12.
